The Sili Garlic Roaster is made of porcelain and silicone and can be used in the oven ( approx 30-40 minute cook time ) or the microwave ( approx 5-7 minute cook time, on low ). Dishwasher safe. Heat resistant up to 500-degree F / 260-degree C .
