(More customer reviews)My "I Am Not a Paper Cup" is not the only one at my office. I've had mix-ups in the past, but no more! Now everyone knows that mug is mine and it doesn't go missing from the rack anymore. The sleeve doesn't really serve any other purpose in my case as the "I Am Not a Paper Cup" is double-walled and doesn't really get hot to the touch. With other similarly sized single-walled cups, this would provide more than adequate insulation. The sleeve even cleans up well in the dishwasher.
