(More customer reviews)i got these to prepare some healthier parfaits for breakfast. it would be nice if they were bigger, but they hold pretty well. no leaks as long as you don't overfill. i've also used them to have something to transport mayo in when we go camping.
for the parfaits, if you're interested, i player plain yogurt, a mix of frozen berries with no sugar added (it was the most cost effective option), honey (the yogurt is tart and this is a healthy sweetener), a bit more yogurt, and granola. it's an easy, healthy, grab and go breakfast, and the jars are reusable, so i'm cutting down on waste from individual yogurts, too.
my only complaint is the amount that it actually holds.
