(More customer reviews)Like the first 3 reviewers i was annoyed when my milk hardly frothed ( i was used to the handheld aerolatte)and sulked for 2 weeks! I finally took the manual out to read again and realised that i needed to adjust the spring mesh to the amount of milk i had in the beaker.i.e: if i poured milk up to the max. line of the beaker, i needed to move the curved part (middle) of the mesh up, so that it sits on the surface of milk. like wise if i put less milk, lower the curve of the mesh. it is important that the mesh sits on the surface of the milk.
