(More customer reviews)I was baking with your Oven Basics Deep Pie dish a recipe that was to bake @ 350 for 35 minutes. 8 minutes from completion, I heard a large explosion and opened the oven to find the dish had shattered. There was glass all over the oven and needless to say, the brownies I was baking were ruined. I'd like to point out that this dish said it was oven and microwave safe, I was not using the broiler and it was on the top shelf of the oven, furthest from the oven coils. Additionally, the dish did not go from one extreme temperature to the another. It was room temperature before placing it in the oven. I am very disappointed in this product and I am afraid of what might have happened 8 minutes later if I had gotten the chance to take it out of the oven; it might have shattered in my hands or over my foot. Glass and hot substance would have burned my body!!! Now there is glass all over my oven, a cleaning experienced I had not planed on! Additionally, when I bought this, it was a 2 pack of dishes; I am afraid to use the other pan!
