(More customer reviews)I've owned many springform pans in the past 22 years, and I am so excited to use this one, after receiving it earlier in the week. Now I have to buy one for my sister, who loves to cook almost as much as I do.
I was surprised to see that it didn't leak, it sealed well and the cleanup was easy. I encourage you to look past the price (which is somewhat higher than regular sprinform pans) and spring for this item. It won't rust, the coating won't "peel off" and the base can be put in the dishwasher without fear of rusting, warping or being scratched. I am so happy to have found this. Whoever came up with this idea is a genius!!
