(More customer reviews)I saw this at the grocery store and thought it would be handy for lunches for my boyfriend who works in construction. He has sandwiches every day and I wanted to send soup to work with him. I asked after the first day how hot his soup stayed and he replied "If I or anyone else around me could've opened it I would've been able to tell you". And for the life of me, it took me a day to get that container opened - only after taking a sharp knife to it. Good to know that the container was sealed well, but you kind of need to be able to open it to make it a useful product. I had read on another website about this issue but had already bought it and low and behold, happened to us too. My recommendation? Invest in a Thermos, we did and works great.
