(More customer reviews)This roaster has been a great purchase. I've used it 3 times so far for roasting turkey and duck. It cleans up surprisingly easily. With the rack out, it handled an 18 lb turkey with the lid on. The quality seems very good with significant heft. The handles are very well placed to both offer stable handling and to minimize wasted space in the oven. The heavy bottom on both the roaster and the lid do a great job of equalizing heat distribution from the bottom. It's pricey, but worth every penny if you want a great looking and perfectly functioning roaster.
