(More customer reviews)I ordered this item in good faith. The item arrived at my door with the handle on the cover broken and on the bottom of the pot. I emailed this company and so far have received no response and I have sent my second email.

The Company has since taken action on this complaint. I had to take photos of the broken item and they did replace it at no cost. My main complaint now was their timely response to my problem.
They did resolve the problem in satisfactory manner.
