I got this box yesterday and am VERY pleased with it. It's really cute and a good size for an adult. However, I wouldn't consider it a double-decker.
The description states: "Includes two stacked compartments stacked separated by fitted plastic lid--great for separating two different dishes"
The fitted lid sits on top of the main compartment, which comes with a removable separator. The inner lid does not have a tupperware-like seal, but when the box is clasped it's sealed pretty tight--haven't tested it with liquids yet though. the top "tier," which is really just the space between the inner and outer lids, contains the included chopsticks, and is really only deep to hold a few condiment packets. I suppose if you took into account the hollow of the outer lid, you might have about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch of depth to work with, but not really enough for another "dish" as it states in the description. Despite the fact that it isn't really what I expected, I'm crazy about it and would recommend this box. You may want to consider getting addition food separators, like muffin cups, for the main compartment.
