(More customer reviews)This is our fourth Electrolux Microwave. We updated from the previous model with the opening button on side. We went thru four of them because the plastic broke (crumbled) on each unit. We were hoping Electrolux was concerned enough with their product to correct this issue with the EI30SM55JS30. We have had this unit approximately three months and the plastic is once again beginning to break. DO NOT PURCHASE AN ELECTROLUX PRODUCT. We were trying to keep a matched set with our range because our kitchen remodel was designed around these products. WE GIVE UP AND WILL PURCHASE ANOTHER BRAND.
