(More customer reviews)There are many other options for buying the Sharp Microwave oven, WHICH IS A FINE PRODUCT. Just don't buy it here!!! I purchased it in February, 2011, in good faith that they would honor their wording that stated it came with the trim kit. Another customer had reviewed that, after considerable contact with CSN, they sent him the trim kit, so I thought they were honorable (since they had not changed the wording of their ad to say anything different). You will notice it STILL doesn't show the "optional" trim kit as additional item to add to your order...hmmmm
After my many attempts through email to get it sent, they refused to do so, saying it was 'OPTIONAL' and could be ordered separately...even though their wording was STILL unchanged. They also removed the man's review that I mentioned above. They only offered to refund my money if I wanted to RETURN the entire microwave...what a pain. Just honor your statement!
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM CSN STORES! I will tell everyone I can to not do so as well. Amazon SHOULD remove them from their sellers.
