(More customer reviews)I purchased this book after I bought a used Schlemmertoph at a thrift store. I had been to a Pampered Chef party where they were promoting using their clay ware in the microwave. I was not sure if the Schlemmertoph would be the same. It worked very well in the microwave. I had to remember to turn off the turntable. The recipes are basic. I liked the ones I tried. I have more than 100 cookbooks that I use. This is not my favorite, but there are many more recipes in it to try.

This is a great Clay cookbook that has 64 pages of healthy recipes that can be done in the Microwave.
