(More customer reviews)I bought this mandoline because I had read good revues. This mandoline works well with zucchini and other soft vegis. I really wanted to use it to julienne carrots. For that this is a dangerous cheap kitchen tool. I am going to buy something more sturdy. I am sick of cutting up my fingers.
