(More customer reviews)The first time I baked in this pan was a lemon yogurt bundt cake. everybody thought that I had covered it with chocolate because it was brownish on the outside when all it was was the crisp outside layer of the cake. It was soo delicious. The cake is easily realeased from the pan. The definition of the cake is amazing. They pan never failed me and I am sure it won't fail you. Just remeber to spray the pan before pouring the batter in.
