(More customer reviews)Bought this item for pain relief over my shoulders and lower neck. 1st, I had a heck of a time getting the inner part out of the cover. It was knotted. 2nd, If you use the cover with the inner part after heating in the mic the heat just doesn't come through. Then I tried using the inner part only and it was better, but the heated beads or seeds slid down away from the area I wanted to relieve. Not a great product.
