These 13 oz. mugs are manufactured by Libbey and treated by Santanoni's exclusive HercuGlass process. The HercuGlass process strengthens glassware the same way as Fighter Aircraft windshields, iPHONE glass covers and EpiPen bee sting antidote cartridges. Depending on the glass design and thickness, our glassware can withstand bangs, drops on the floor, etc. They are not unbreakable, but they are the strongest glass products you can buy and will withstand abuse that would cause similar glassware to fracture. OUR GUARANTEE: CAUTION should ALWAYS be used when filling a glass or ceramic mug with hot drinks, but HercuGlass-treated mugs and jars can be used for coffee, etc. Our guarantee is that if, during the first 6 months after purchase a mug breaks during filling (Thermal Shock Fracture) we will replace the mug free.)
