(More customer reviews)I've had one of these for years, and recently burned up the first one in a kitchen mishap. I searched high and low, couldn't find one anywhere. Purchased one I didn't like (too flimsy). Finally put in the right search terms on Amazon and found this. It's perfect, not too stiff, not too pliable. It's great for turning tender fish, making sauces, and scrambling eggs. I think I'll order another one before I forget where I found it.
