(More customer reviews)I have owned a Miele cooktop which had to be repaired numerous times and sadly I decided to purchase a Miele Steam Oven which promptly broke down 2 months after purchase. Miele service sucks, the repairman were not friendly, they ordered parts and then never came back to install them and I had to call 2x to get them to come back. The people on the phone are not that great either. Their appliances look good but function poorly. BTW I also own a Miele dishwasher that isn't as good as the GE dishwasher I used to have, but at least it hasn't broken down (yet).
