(More customer reviews)Based on Consumer Reports recommendation of Kenmore microwaves in January of 2009, I purchased the Kenmore Microwave Oven 721.63252 on January 20, 2009. This microwave performed perfectly every day until February 24, 2011, when it no longer heats anything. To repair this appliance with Sears costs $129 for a flat fee service call. Since I paid $111.01 total for the microwave when it was new, I will not be repairing it. I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED THE MICROWAVE IF I KNEW IT WOULD ONLY LAST 2 YEARS. I will not purchase another Kenmore microwave as long as I live.
